What we don’t take on
Being honest about limits is part of doing good work. For these, we’ll happily point you toward a licensed specialist we’d use on our own home.
- Structural work — load-bearing walls, foundations and framing changes.
- Major electrical — panel upgrades, new circuits and service changes.
- Gas lines and HVAC systems — anything requiring a specialty license.
- Plumbing — we don’t take on plumbing work of any kind. We’ll point you to a licensed plumber.
- Roofing — better handled by a dedicated roofing crew.
- Asbestos, mold and lead abatement — certified remediation only.
